This half day course fully qualifies all successful participants to work in any job including warehousing, retail, catering industry and more.
HACCP Level 1 is the basic requirement for employees working in any industry that deals with food. Students who have completed this course with Future Proof Training have gone on to work as temp waiters, waitresses and baristas through our Sister Company, Excel Recruitment, and many have since found full time work in their desired sector.
This program is aimed at those who are responsible for managing the food hygiene training and development of staff such as head chefs, head of quality control and so on. It provides in depth knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP food safety in the catering and hospitality sectors.
This is a more intensive HACCP course than HACCP level one. Suitable for groups of up to 12 and no less than 6.
This course is suitable for professionals who work with food at a higher level such as cooks, chefs, Deli Managers and so on.
This training course focuses on developing your customer facing to become experts in dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
